Help Santa

“After the Ice Melts” connects the imminent demise of sea ice at the North Pole—a disaster for Christmas Village—to the world’s best-known victim of climate change and dislocation—Santa Claus! The new book, an environmental comedy rife with political satire, solves the mysteries of what happens to Santa and Ms. Claus, his reindeer, the elves, the toy workshop—Christmas!

“After the Ice Melts” – an Environmental Comedy

When the sea ice at the North Pole melts and Santa Claus turns up missing, an amusing team of climate scientists, including a talking dog and a soggy elf, battle greedy corporatists and an evil robot as they search the globe to find Santa and save Christmas.

A new Christmas story with an amazing cast of characters that can be enjoyed year-round. Santa’s witty go-to elf, Soggy, becomes a star in this book, and with a villain named Mr. Pollutey, you know the read will be fun. It’s kind of like the Scooby-Doo gang meet up with Soggy and find themselves in the Land of Oz.

A fun book with a serious message that’s sure to drive wingnuts crazy, especially if they have kids. It’s time to reverse the horrific impacts of climate change. Santa Claus knows who’s naughty, and he knows who’s nice. Better watch out, polluters!

Save Santa—Save Earth

More Santa-themed environmental projects are in the works. The Save Santa—Save Earth campaign to connect the two iconic architypes and raise awareness to the critical need for environmental protections started with the simple, logical concept but then grew into a meme with a mission.

Originally written as a 23-minute screenplay for animation, now the story has advanced to multi-demographic novel forms with plans for additional creative works. After positive global feedback from the original version, “Who Iced Santa,” the story was reedited for adults in “After the Ice Melts.” And a new, more kid-friendly version is due out in November, “How Soggy Saved Santa.”

Additional projects include audio books, graphic novels, and adaption for a theatrical stage play. Can animation of the original work be far behind? It’s already scripted—anybody know an animator?
