One Fun Diet

‘Keep it simple,’ my dad always told me. The invention of the Freedom Diet was a labor of love as well as a necessity. I truly needed to lose 50 pounds for health and vanity reasons. and discovered how to do just that with aid of my super powers and support from friends.

Freedom means never having to say you’re not having fun. Freedom Diet is the product of logic and analysis. Thankfully, like any good techie, geeky engineer, I’m full of BS—by that I mean, ‘big spirit’—and have a sense of humor, too.

Keep the Fun Diet Simple and Free

The Freedom Diet philosophy is to keep the effort simply. Lifestyle changes you will hardly notice can change your life for the better. If you like keep track of details, fine, but the ‘macro’ category provides easy ways to do methods and metrics.

Methods tend to be high level acts rather than chores of minutia. Remember, keep it simple. Math should not be feared, especially if it’s minimally applied. Keep it simple, and with math . . .  that’s hard to do.

Sneak Peek: Fun Diet Tips and Tricks

Tips and tricks for fighting the weight wars are coming. Here’s a quick tip: look for recipe ingredients with a punch. Use spices in cooking because a little bit goes a long way. And a bonus: avoid adding salt because salt is micro-addictive. Salt causes session-craving. More on these in later posts.

Freedom Diet is entertaining at times but is a no-drama diet. However, . . .  don’t hold me totally to that aspiration. More about the histrionics of the Freedom Diet will follow. But first, a word from our sponsor: ‘Year of the Webplex’ by DotComism.

About our sponsor – DotComism

One with the Webplex

‘What the—?’ After hours of over-tweaking a web layout, my reflection beamed sharply from the monitor. White columns on a black background combined with bright late day sun to manufacture the novelty.

‘Looks like I’ve become one with my website,’ I laughed.

Turns out, the annoying image interrupting progress did something good. It caused me to pause, a moment to reflect and enjoy the brilliant sunset.

Back to Saving the World

I scooched over a seat for the perfect angle against the blinding light. This was my favorite coffee shop and the sunset was promising, but how are you supposed to build a better online mousetrap with your doppelganger staring back at you?

A monitor-selfie honored the moment. And fresh thoughts flowed to advance the massive project delayed briefly by the extraterrestrial intrusion.

Freedom Diet is part of a BIG Plan

Year of the Webplex,’ or YOW for short, might be the best concept I’ve ever created. YOW is an innovative network of websites, tools and apps with over 100 nodes designed or planned for e-commerce development. Yes, ‘year’ is in the project name for a good reason, and more resources are need this year. ‘Webplex’ is a good choice, too. Webplex is the word which best describes the whole enterprise’s concept of operations in a single word.

Year of the Webplex is managed by DotComism and powered by the creative team at 77006.com.  Prototypes are coming into production online for YOW’s 16 anchor sites. Each anchor site is supported by a premium dot-com domain name. Follow this link to DotComism for a broader concept overview or read about the status below.

The Universe is Calling

I answered the call to action in several ways. One of them is Club Terra. I’m still sorting out a precise mission statement and the like, and know just enough about software to be dangerous. All advice is greatly appreciated.
